CANCELLATION POLICY
To secure your appointment, a deposit is required. All deposits are non-refundable, but may be applied to your first rescheduled appointment if 24+ hour notice is given. We allow one reschedule per appointment. Any additional changes will require a new booking and a new deposit. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a 20% cancellation fee. No-call, no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. We value your time and ours, and appreciate your understanding and respect for our scheduling policies.
